aimersoft Free trial of product worked, but defective when purchased!!! Portland, Oregon Internet

Beware of Aimersoft products!!!!  They sell all types DVD to DVD-R copying software, DVD Ripping, Video Converters, etc.  I tried the free trial of a basic DVD copy installing it in my laptop.  The 3 trials worked great!  So I purchased it for $29.95 and I was sent a registration code.  After buying it I was able to use it successfully only ONCE and then the software kept freezing up and could NOT copy any more DVD's.  I contacted their HELP DESK, and they were away on vacation for 7 days.  When they returned it took another 5 days for them to get back to me, and told me to uninstall the product and use a new registration code that they gave me.  That would solve the problem.  Well, NO it did not!  Having to wait another 4-6 days before they got back to me again on that problem, they gave me another registration code for their top of the line software called aimersoft video converter ultimate.  I installed that, and it was VERY hard to use and to understand how to use it.  Finally I thought I did it right and it still would not copy a dvd and kept giving me error messages.  So I contacted the HELP DESK again and pleaded for some help.  This time NO response.  Their customer service is the WORST!  As of this writing the 30 day money back guarantee has expired so I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.  They gave aimersoft until Nov. 8th to respond.  They never responded.  I called the BBB again today (Nov. 13) and they told me the are giving them one more chance until Nov. 20th to respond.  The BBB has told me that aimersoft's rating is now an "F" with a number of unresolved cases.  And lastly, I downloaded the free trial in my computer this time.  Same thing happened.  It worked great.  Then I used one of the registration codes that they gave me to register it and guess what.  It never worked after the free trial expired.  Beware of these crooks!  Your free trials will work and after you buy it, it will NOT work.  They will NOT give you your money back, and try to keep giving you other products that dont work instead of refunding your money!  Beware Beware Beware!  Thiefs!  Crooks!  Cheats!  Aimersoft is a ripoff!!
