Air 1 moving and storage " Warning do not use this company" , Internet

I contracted Air 1 Moving to move my belongings from  California to Idaho, We only were moving a small amount of items we were starting over in a new state after the death of my husband. The original estimate was $1078.00 when the movers got to my home first they were extremely rude yelling and screaming and then demanded an additional $589.00 dollars for 7 additional med boxes, I was told I could pay by check by my representative and when I asked the foreman he yelled at me and said we only take cash finally they took my credit card but after he called it in he threw it back at me. They stored my stuff for one month and when I tried to get a delivery date they would not give me one. it took 18 days to get my delivery but only after I threatened legal action. When the movers delivered my items they wanted to charge me for my interior stairs which I was told by my rep at Air 1 I did not have to pay for inside stairs, the mover started yelling and screaming saying he would just leave my belongings downstairs even when i called the office and they confirmed that they were not charging me for the stairs he refused to move any of my belongings upstairs. he stayed by the truck smoking and yelling on the phone. the other mover moved some of my belongings upstairs but the rest remain in the garage, why rent movers if you are moving your own belongings, my boxes were all ripped and dirty some wet and damaged. when I try to resolve these issues with the company I get nothing but more lies and the run around. Do not use these movers they want only to suck you dry and give you no service in return for your hard earned money.
