I bought a home and my AC stopped working. I called aircare solutions because they had a good deal on duct cleaning which I had planned on doing anyway. The guys were super nice and personable. I was told my AC is full of mold (I knew that was a possibility). I then ended up paying $1,200 to have the Mold removed from ducts, fan acid washed and coils acid washed. The AC was then not used for a month or so because of construction in the house.

The first time I tried yo turn the AC on again it didn't turn on! I called aircare solutions and the same nice guys came over. I was told I gotta get a new system its so old there is no point in trying to save it. But wait one month ago I spent one thousand dollars on it! They gave me a credit towards a new system! So my nice AC guys convinced me I need a new 4k system - what happened to my credit? 4k for a 900sq house? Well my boyfriend got home and said no way get another opinion. And wow did their attitude change. They did not say goodbye they did not say nice seeing you. They just left.

A call to a local AC guy and my oh so old broken AC was actully a lose fuse. But the real problem is the condition of my coils. The "acid washed" coils were not removed when cleaned and dirt was shoves into the now bent coils! So I spent 1,200 and turns out I do need a new AC because the coila were damaged so badly. After 3 weeks of phone calls I was called pushy and rude! Me the rude one? I have gone on every website to warn people of this company and can not wait till the day it's my turn to get them.
