Air France lost my bag flying from France to Malaga Spain. It's been 4 days and they promised to ship my bag every day. Their IVR's are horrible. You can't catch a live person and if you do they hang up, put you on hold, give you invalid phone numbers and tell you to call another dept. I'm on the road traveling 25% of the year and don't expect perfection. Air France has by far the worst customer service of any airline I have ever traveled.
