Airflow Appliance Repair $167.00 for Nothing ??? Really ???Totally unprofessional Van Nuys, California

I called this Company from an ad on the internet.The initial contact was somewhat unpleasant as I could barely hear the representitive on the phone, her headset was to far away or something when I told her I was having a hard time hearing her she was really put out, I should have known right then customer service was poor. I called because  my Dryer wasn't heating up. The repairman was 3 hours late, had broken english, tried to overcharge me on tax by almost 2% seemed confused about how to fix my dryer, was asking me where the dryer hose was, I told him to pull the machine out and he would likely see it, he told me he preferred to just remove the cover. After prying the cover off he told me I needed 2 new coils  qouted me $175.00 after I said no, that seemed a little pricey he called his office and came back to me and lowered the price to $155.00 I said fine as I really wanted to get my dryer working rather than replacing it or getting more estimates. I proceeded to work in my home office about 20 minutes later the guy came into my office with the bill, I wrote him a check. Went to turn on my dryer and later when I came back to remove my clothes I realized they were still completely wet, same problem as when I started. I Called Airflow and spoke to Chris told him I was really unhappy and he said he could have the same guy come back tomorrow between 2-5, yet another 3 hour window which would have been 5 or 6 if he was late again.I said I was not comfortable with  the same guy as he didn't seem to know what he was doing. He told me to call back and speak to Danny. I will try that, but in the mean time am cancelling my check. This Company was so unprofessional, I really dont even want their technician in my home as they seemed very sketchy
