AIRFLOW APPLIANCE REPAIR BIG TIME RIP OFFS VAN NUYS, California

Airflow Appliance Repair came out to fix our screeching dryer. A very nice man named Ivan diagnosed a faulty Rear Bearing and installed a new one.  However the screeching returned within days and Ivan came back. He could not find the problem, tried some oiling and left. He came back six times and tried many things that did not work.

To Ivan's credit he seemed genuinely perplexed and wanted to fix the problem for us. At his last visit he thought he had fixed it and was so happy ...but within days again the screech is back. This had been going on for many weeks at this point.

Life got very hectic and crisis filled. We were tired of having to take time off to be here as well and just lived with the horendous noise til we couldn't stand it anymore and after a 2 month lapse called Airflow again asking them to send another tech, holding nothing against the wonderful man Ivan, but wanting another perspective. They said they had to charge us another service call!

So we thought if we have to pay another service charge we will just call another company. The other company diagnosed the problem in five minutes. A piece was left off the part that was installed by Airflow.

We emailed copy of the report to Airflow hoping they would be upstanding and honor their work because we paid them to fix a problem and the problem did not get fixed because the repairman did not do the job properly. Seemed pretty straightforward and simple to us but because we had a second opinion they say they will warrantee nothing.  They will however be glad to send someone out to do the job for a service fee plus parts and labor......

Do not use these people! They have huge attitudes over the phone and the manager Danny is always unavailable. They treat us like we are liars. We paid them in good faith that they were a reputable company but in fact they are nothing but little small minded rip offs!
