AIRO air conditioning and heating.Keith he came to do maintanance on airconditioner all he did was replace contactor and added some frion cost 360.00 dollars motorfan is loud leaking fluid out he didnot do the job Fontana California

Called this man for service to airconditioner. he would do maintanance as nothing had been done for a while. he said he needed to charge me 275 for the work and  contacter, I said could he get it cheaper he said no that is what it cost .

he replaced the contactor and i told him to check the loud noise on the fan.

he said fan was fine  he added some fluid freon at 80 dollars a pound .never weighed it before or after.

told me the thermosthat was going out and how to replace it if it did . he never checked anything else.

he left i found the  contacter box and decided to look up the price as the box looked cheap, it cost 35 dollars .I called him back and said he had ripped me off  he said well i have to make a living .

he never deducted the 50 dollars doorcharge either.

I contacted you after I seen a video on what maintainance includes ,he did not do the job I paid him so dearly for.

I have been disabled for a long time and unable to deal with this I called him cause he had a  C20 lic #  722840 and trusted him to be ok. I have the bill  for 360.00 dollars I am on soc, sec. and to get this ripped off is a kick in the guts I thank you for looking into this and exposing him so he wont go after others in the 110 heat wave we had at the time I needed him.
