I almost went for their bait. Their offer, furnace & A/C + coil was $12K. Checked them out at the BBB and all the compliants about them steered me away. I went to another vendor, checked them out in BBB and they weren't listed so I skipped them too. Then came across Royal Air. They were listed in the BBB and had an A+ rating & a clean record for years. I used them and they installed everything the crooks of AJ Perri were going to install and did it for $5K. In addition the price also included a new water heater. Not only that, AFTER I had signed the contract I called them and told them I forgot to mention I had a coupon for a free installed humidifier. To my surprise they said "No problem" & showed up with the humidifier (a $200 value) but after many tries (I was present to see it all) they could not instal it because there wasn't enough room. They stopped trying to install it only after I realized it couldn't be done and told them to forget it. Skip the crooks of AJPerri!!!
