AjRichies RIP OFFS, RIP OFFS, RIP OFFS, RIP OFFS, DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY A GOOD DEAL!!!!!! KINGS NY

I will make this as short as possible. I orered on 8/27/2013 It is now 10/21/2013 Almost two months from the day. Received a call a day later notifiing me because of such a large order that it needed confirmation (this is BS) Then tried to explain that I needed a new battery for 90% more then they cost and my batteries would not work because it was american made and the camera was not. (More BS)

Now because I would not exept new batteries my order just changed to take a month for shipping, and not the two days promised on the web site. One month later on hold for 30 minutes. One month later nothing, but did promise shipment by friday with email confirmation. On hold twice for 20 minutes.

First call, "AJrichies" Yes I'm calling about my shipment? Ajrichies "OK HOLD" 20 more minutes My call, One month and one week later no email, no confirmation. Nothing? Ajrichies "OK I see it was held at customs but was released and shipped out to the states. You should see it this week." Myself "Can I cancel the order?" Ajrichies "No, it is already shipped out". 

One month, and two weeks later, and another two times on hold and another tweny five minutes later.

My call "Yes I am calling about my order that I was expecting last week with no confirmation or email or anything?" Ajrichies, Oh I see it here, it is leaving to the states now." Myself What? It's not even in the states?" Ajrichies, "Well it was held up" Myself Ok cancel my order now! Ajrichies "Fine, your order is canceled you should recieve the return to your card in 7-10 days"

One month, and almost four weeks later, multiple phone calls, multiple hold times, rude customer service contacts, and also hung up on twice. I was adamantly told by Ajrichies, "I will receive my refund in 7-10 business days!" Myself "Oh and now I should believe you because you said it" No Dial tone......

I belive I will have to call my credit card service for this one. If I get the refund withing the next week I will update this email. As of now nothing. WORST COMPANY EVER. I also believe they are related to P.C. RICHARDS AND SON.
