AKRC was to build a patio and firepit in our backyard. He asked for the cost of the material upfront. On April 21, 2015, I paid him $2000 for the materials. On April 22, 2015, he asked for more money for additional materials. I paid him an additional $500. He started the job then made excuses for not showing up. We gave him ample time to come and complete the job. After multiple empty promises to finish the job, deliver the materials that he said he paid we took him to small claims court. He never showed up therefore we won the case. To this day, he has never paid up a dime back of the money he took from us.

We have all documenation and picures to prove the above statements.
