Al schweitzer video advisor, INC, court cash system, judgement recovery system I purchased the program from Al Schweitzer. The program consists of 2 videos and 5 pdf file. The videos stopped playing after 2 minutes and would not resumed. Internet

On 3/10/2012 I purchased a program called courtcash judgement recovery via internet. The program can be downloaded after the order is completed. Once I made the payment and downloaded the program, I began to go through the materials.

The materials consists of 5 pdf files, 2 training videos,the Forms Portfolio, 2 CD's, 2 DVD's and the software. Well, the download only provides 5 pdf files and 2 training videos. When I start playing the videos, it did not works, it played only 2 minutes and the entire video is blank. This incident occurred on both videos.

I notified Al via e-mail, he reply immediately that it is not a problem, he will send me another video. The new video he sent is doing the same thing so I notify him again. Again he said no problem, he will send another one in one hour. Two days passed, I have not heard from Al, so I sent him an e-mail requesting a refund of my money.  

Al was upset, stating that no one ever have problem with video except me and that I should not point the finger at him. Further he said, the refund policy requires that I work on the program and if up to one year, there is no result, then he will give refund. 

Without rectifying the problems of the training videos, he said I am not entitled to a refund.
