my poor student son in law accidentally left $1100 in cash in his suitcase in the trunk of his rental.  He went back within an hour.  They said they hadn't found his suitcase and went to the car and it was in the trunk.  They said they hadn't seen it.  Huge suitcase.  My son in law looked in the zipper part and the cash was gone.  Alamo denies any of the few employees who were there took it or even touched the suitcase but a sticker barcode had been placed on it that wasn't there before.  The manager was unhelpful as well.  The police gave us little hope of recovery.  Can you really do business with a company whom you can't trust with your possessions?
