Alana Sky Boutique ALANA SKY BOUTIQUE NEVER SHIPS ITEMS !! BUYER BEWARE !!! Internet

 I purchased a dress from Alana Sky Boutique on February 20, 2015. A week after purchasing my item, I reached out to the store for tracking info and was informed that the item purchased was pre-ordered and that it would take 2-6 weeks for me to receive it. After 6 weeks and still not receiving my dress I left a message on their IG page telling them how unhappy I was that I hadn't received my item and that no one seemed to be concerned with my repeated requests for an ETA for this dress. 2 days after leaving my remark, Alana Sky Boutique unceremoniously blocked me from their page.

To date, April 29,2015, I still have not received my item. Fortunately, my bank was happy to refund the money back to me and issued a chargeback against her account yesterday. I should have been suspicious when I saw that the online boutique doesn't accept PayPal. There are/were numerous complaints on the page about people paying and never receiving their items, although she has probably deleted all of those comments and blocked the users. I would never recommend this store to anyone. BUYERS BEWARE, this store is developing quite the reputation for taking people's money and never delivering the goods promised. You have been warned.......
