Alana Sky Boutique won't ship, rude, bad customer service Detroit Internet

 I ordered from Alana Sky Boutique on April 29th. On May 12th I contacted them to see when my item had shipped because I had not heard anything. They replied and said they have an up to 3 day processing time, then 7-14 days for shipping (even though their site clearly says 7-10) I said ok, so wanted to know if they knew what day that would be. No response. I emailed again a week later, no response.

Then again a few days later, no response. I contacted them on instragram since that is where I first saw them, their answer to that? They blocked me. I have since reported them to bbb and will be reporting them to shopify where they do business from. DO NOT order from them. You will never get your item or a refund. They are rude and will totally rip you off.
