Alarm One ripoff Door to Door Sales Rep personal threaten my personal safety abused & mistreated Anaheim California

There is no easy way to say this

The truth as it occurred.

Approximately 2:30-2:45 pm A young Hispanic male, approximate age 20-24, 59-510 about 140-150 #, goatee, mustache, brown hair brown eyes slender build, wearing khaki shorts, blue logo Alarm One shirt and Blue logo Alarm one ball cap came to my door selling Alarm One system.

I told him that I was not interested. He persisted. While maintaining a manor of politeness, the sales rep would not take no for an answer I then demanded that he leave my property and never return Again I had to demand that not less then three times. When he was finally on the street side of the gate, he then said Youll be good target practice.

I dont know about you, but I regard that as a threat on my personal safety and I will treat it as such. I have file a police report and will follow it up with the County District Attorneys Office.

Why? Because of Mr. Marcus Jones, Manager of the 2343 Lincoln Ave; Hayward location for Alarm One started excuse making for his young sales rep. His apologies were I apologized but There is never a but to an apology. It minimizes the seriousness of the offense this young sales rep perpetrated.

I have already left two voice mails to Mr. Patrick Smith, Chief Operation Officer of Alarm One in their Anaheim location. I just heard from Mr. Smith and I have his word that he will investigate and respond to my concerns.

Door to door sales are just as unpleasant as telemarketers but you can always hang up on steelmakers. Its difficult to feel safe when a Security Service employee threatens your personal safety.

I will NOT let this go. You people need to do better then excuse away a young sales rep threats and in-excusable of Mr. Marcus Jones to cop an attitude with anyone on the phone when not provoked
