Last week I answered an employment add Sales Reps, Alarm Installers, and Management. $800-$1,800 Weekly No Experience Required, Paid Training Provided. I was hired and asked to report at 9:30 the next day. Upon arrival we filled out our paper work and was left in a room unattened for at least 11/2 hours, then we attended a meeting. Which we were asked if any of us had in time restaints. No one did.

Then we were told that we would be observing the opperation of the company and training to decide which area was best suited for us. As for me after reading the ad I was under the impression I would be making atleast $20.00 an hour. We were than adviced we would be traveling to Orville, Ca.

We were crammed into a van around 11:30 and off we went. We ended up in Gridley, Ca unlike where we were told we were going. Along the way we were handed scripts, explaining to us what we were to do. Which was knock on doors get the customer to agree to letting alarm one put an advertisement sign on there property in exchange for a free system.

If they agreed we were to then call a supervise and let them handle the rest. We were told that for every one that was installed on our behalf thered be $200.00. They dumped us out in pairs every few streets. We set up, called the supervisor and were told they be ther in 5 minutes more like usually an hour or better. Then were told to leave while the closed the deal. We did this for hours.Around 5:30 exausted from the heat, lack of something to drink ready to go home being we'd been there since 9:30 we were ready to go home still the drive back were told that we would not be leaving until probably 9:30 or 10:30 plus the drive home would be around 12:00 that night. Making it a 14 hour ordeal.

When we demanded to be taken back we were told NO! We made it back about 10 to 12:00a.m. As for the paid training if you didn"t get the sale you were not paid. Needless to say supposedly only one or two people got one. So I am hoping that my fellow traumetized young friends most just 18, were smart enough not to go back.
