I ordered $5000 dollars worth of furniture and the company had me pay upfront. I kept asking them questions about the fabric of the special order couch to make sure that I could get it because other furniture stores told me that it was discontinued. Oh, no said both Jeff Hill and wife Selene Hill of Alaya Decor.
Well, then I started doing Searches on them because they would not return my phone calls or get my fabric sample out. Needless to say, there were things on their that indicated that they had done this sort of thing in the past.
They finally answered to my attorney that they would be refunding my money. That was over a week ago and I have not seen it.
This company should be out of business. I now see that they have updated their site on the internet.
Hopefully no one else will be taken by them. Hopefully, and it looks like I'll have to file a full scale legal suit on them, they will end up with a huge legal bill and maybe loose their business license!!!

Alaya Decor If you have been scamed contact CHANNEL 5 NEWS FOR A CONSUMER REPORT ON THEM Auburn Washington
This is an update to the company. I did finally get my money credited back through my credit card company. I was also contacted by Channel 5 news, after I emailed them about the company. I spoke to them on Tuesday and they are still very interested in doing a story. They are not going to do it with me because of my location and the fact that my credit card company reimbursed me. I WANT YOU ALL to know that I told Jeff Hill that he could either pay up or that I would be doing the story. His comment, "it has nothing to do with me...." also, "you and one other person hasn't been credited through the credit card company????" GARBAGE AND MORE GARBAGE. Be sure and report to the BBB and the State Attorney Generals Office. These people have no business being in business and ripping people off. They have children yet they would rather risk a report on television then give the money back. They also have been updating their website and while searching the internet you will notice they pop up all over the place.
These days it is sad that this goes on but I don't see anyone out there really helping us so we have to do what we can!!!

The company owes me $5090.00 Plus $1,000 in legal fee's. Due now in order to avoid further legal action.
