This company is extorting 100,000's of thousands of Florida consumers with this device. 1st they have some sweet heart deal with the state being the only vendor with is illegal. Shame to ANY & ALL state officials that have participatied in the SCAM. How many dirty goverment officials were involved in this one?

The device works VERY poorly and dosn't test propertly. We believe this is done on purpose. Everytime it generate a faluse test or a recall you have to take it back to them and pay a $75.00 service fee.  Ten's of thousands of people are getting ripped off by this company.

Secondally, everytime we need to have our car worked on these people deman yet another $75.00 so people can work on our car. This is outright theift/blackmail.

We are asking the state attorinies office to investigate and cancel their contract and demand this company return all the hard earned monies to the people this company has stolen.

Faulty devices.

Who's paying the guy defending this company. None of your facts are correct other than half the policy/statute you copied and pasted! Anyone who's ever had one of these devices regardless of being guilty or not would confirm that these devices are faulty, always have error codes (which of course there's a fee to unlock) such as "battery disconnects" constantly. Even purchased a new battery and still get them. Required to pay a fee every time you take your car into a shop oil change/brakes ect. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They know you have no other choice but to cooperate and fully take advantage of the situation. Plan on paying hundreds of dollars more if you ever find yourself in the position that requires an interlock device.

Company rep / rebuttal operates by "Trapping You"

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Sunday, February 28, 2016

So you still think your so cleaver... still trying to "TRAP" people. WITH NO concerns. What an A*h*o*** The simple truth here is your an idiot.....  the fact one can be judged "automaticall giulty" without no right to due process just by a simple refusal.

What happened to the 5th ammendement? JERK...   (There is NO trial here by a judge )

At what time did we ever give up our rights to due process? I am a disabled vertran, I paied with my own blood to have these rights. I don't surrender period. I'm american allmost died for these rights. I will not give them up to liairs or thieves like you and your cojmpany. You try and take them from us you'll one day end up on the short end of the stick sunny.

Lastly... the point is anyway your freaking gizzmo dosn't work well and is a goverment manidated purchase. Not to mention your still stealling citizens money with your false testing results and your stupid expra services charges.

Again... I ask the attorney generals office to suspend this contract with this specific vendor and check out all involved here. It's pretty ovious there are some snakes in theis bucket. These people should be put in jail.

Busted 2...

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, February 27, 2016

Well my previous post somehow got lost so let me try this again..

I just wanted to say thank you for falling right into the trap.  I left the door wide open for you to post the specific regulation that says you only had to be arrested.  But instead of you posting a regulation(that doesn't exist) you fell right into my trap.  You see I left off one very important word on the text I referenced, and just like I knew you would you fell for it.

What the Entire statement actually says is the following...

The ignition interlock program affects those arrested and convicted of DUI after July 1, 2002, upon eligibility of reinstatement for a permanent or restricted driver license. The ignition interlock device is also required when a driver convicted of DUI applies for a restricted license for work or business purposes (s. 322.271, F.S.).

Again I added the emphisis where I am sure you now notice the previously missing word.  So exactly what did you think came after the "and" from my original posting of that statement?

Let me also restate that you keep saying this company is a monopoly.  However, as anyone can see there are 2 other companies you can go to.  Monopoly = One, not three.

And again(and for the final time)...anyone can verify everything by going to link I previous posted.

Hey stupid guy that works for the company. Did you read what you posted.

"Further on it states..The ignition interlock program affects those arrested and (Emphisis added) DUI after July 1,"

Dhaaa it says "arrested" NOT convicted. What a dumb a**.

This means if your arrested... your going to pay these people guilty or not.

Talking about an idiot that works for the company

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, February 26, 2016

The rebuttal is obviously offered by one of the thieves that works for the company stealing all the citizens hard-earned money. These people are very slick. They hide behind what appears to be good but the reality is they just pure evil anyway you want to look at it. In the end all evil hides behind good so they cannot be realized for what they really are.

Hitler did the same kinds of tricks by labeling Jews as something less than human and these people should be baked in an oven. Very much in the same manner that this individual labels human beings as some kind of disfunctional functional idiots who can't manage their own lives.

The bottom line here is, this device and all these bullsit charges associated with it, is nothing more than a clever scheme to defraud citizens of all your hard earned money. While at the same time labeling you as something less than human to justify their own evil scheme.

Many of these laws such as these continue to strip you of your constitutional rights. Most recent one notably law enforcement can forcibly hold you down and take blood against your will. So much for the freaking Fifth Amendment right? You know the one where you have the right to remain silent? Will guess what, you can throw that out the window too. If you refuse to take a roadside test ( constitutional right under the Fifth Amendment) you are now considered automatically guilty no trial required.

Folks do not fold by these morons ( especially guys like this who work for the company stealing your money).

Lastly if this individual is really concerned, he would ask more questions about whether or not the d**n device actually works? Additionally... he would be concerned about the company using illegal methods to gain profit such as false testing results, oh do not forget about this b***s*** charging you $75 for each event when somebody wants to work on your car.

Why can we not do this the right way? The American way. Multiple companies... not one dictated monopoly written in the law. Government mandated purchases from a single vendor. What a bunch of s***.

I hereby call upon the Atty. Gen.'s office to investigate this company and all the associated government officials. They are clearly not contributing to the American way of life. This is nothing but a dictatorship if you ask me. That's the definition of a dictatorship by the way. No choice.

And the original poster must still be drunk

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, February 25, 2016

Either you are still totally drunk out of your mind or you somehow think that if you say something enough times it must be true.

Well since you asked me to go read the law, I took you up on that offer.  Here is what I found from the offical FL DMV site at the following address that anyone can go to to verify everything I am about to say that proves you are not only a convicted drunk driver but a liar as well.

Section 316.193, Florida Statutes, requires ignition interlock devices to be installed on the vehicles of certain persons convicted(emphisis added) of DUI.

Further on it states..The ignition interlock program affects those arrested and (Emphisis added) DUI after July 1,

Oh and do you know what else I found out.  Contrary to your claim of this company being a monopoly, there are actually 2 others in addition to this company that are authorized vendors for the state of Florida.  Which again is all stated from the FL DMV.

As I said anyone can verify this by going to the below link.

flhsmv.gov/ddl/IID.html

If for some reason it is redacted just search for "Florida DMV Interlock Device" and it will be at or near the top of the results.

But no one can ever say I am not a reasonable person.  If you post a specific regulation that requires this device on your car for just being arrested please post the SPECIFIC and FULL regulation.  I will take back anything I said about you being convicted of drunk driving.

Otherwise let me repeat this again for anyone who missed it the first time.  You are a CONVICTED Drunk Driver and you should be thanking your lucky stars that you are even given the remote chance of being able to drive again.  Because driving is not a right, and if you don't like the rules that you have to live by because of YOUR actions then just don't drive anymore.

Previous Author Oviously Works For Company

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, February 25, 2016

Yu oviously haven't a clue of what your talking about. 1st of all the requirement to have one of these devices doesn't require you to ever be convicted of anything. The use of this device has been written into law by the DMV and is predicated on the "arrest" and not the conviction. Go read the law sunny. This is strictly a crocked deal with theives in our goverment. Period.

If we the people allow these types of laws to stand... we all have lost somethine worth alot more the the money this company/ people has stolen for our citizans. We've lot the right to due process as a result of sick people like you labeling others to justifiy your dishonesty and stealing from others.

Let's talk about illegal

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 24, 2016

Do you know what is really illegal?  Driving Under the Influcence...AKA DUI.

Do you want to know something else very shocking.  The only reason that you would have one of these devices on your car is if you were arrested for DUI, and were found guilty in a Court of Law for DUI, and as a condition of your "probation" you were required to put one of these devices on your car.  So don't try and come here and get ANY sympathy for any "inconvience" you are having.  Because as a CONVICTED DRUNK DRIVER you are lucky to not only be able to be roaming the streets at all, you should be thanking who ever you need to thank for you not ending up dead or killing someone else.

But you know what, I agree with you on one point.  I think this company should have the contract cancelled.  In addition I don't think any other company should be allowed to takes it's place.  So then you don't have to worry about any inconvience as you would not be allowed behind the wheel and everyone else can rest a little easier knowing that.  One might say that is a win-win.
