THEY SHOULD NOT BE CHARGING CLIENTS THAT MUCH TO PAY RENT, HOUSING NEEDS TO BE NOTIFIED. THEY REFUSE TO FIX THINGS PROPERLY AND THEN KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT TO FIX IT AFTER YOU MOVE OUT. I DO BELIEVE THEY HAVE SCAMMED A LOT OF PEOPLE & IT IS TIME THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES BE STOPPED, THE GUY SAM LIKES TO THREATEN CLIENTS THAT HE HAS A GUN.
