The home wasn’t freshly painted and the bathtub was painted over even where you stand inside. The home leaks water inside. They never address issues they band aid the problems. I cleaned the house out completely. I would go as far to say that I can comprise that maybe the paint needed a touch up. But they charged me 425 to replace a bathtub that was as old as I am. Painted over and they want to charge me for a new one. There’s a shed in the back that has a lock that no one ever gave me a key too. I never even have gone inside there. Who knows what they had in there. They say that they had to clean out that room like it was y’all trash from the beginning. 325 dollars to empty trash out. They charged me for window blinds which I can accept. But 750 for a tub that was all nasty from the beginning that they just painted over and garbage that wasn’t mine to begin with
