Our company was introduced to Alexis Medina regarding a steel and cement deal. Alexis Medina Put us in touch with Alex Carter and said we could trust him as his partner in the steel and cement trade (Alfranco International), this ocurred in their shared office located next to the Chef Pepper restaurant in the Naco Sector of santo Domingo in June of 2012. We provided a US100,000 good faith advance.
In the same week the deal was cancelled because the terms and specs were very fishy and Alex Carter was pushing to receive more funds before shipping goods. Alex Carter promised the funds would be wired back to our account the same week, 7 months have passed without any reimbursement. We have notified Alfranco International legally and will proceed with a Commertial or Criminal case if funds are not returned. We will happily revise this complaint after funds are reimbursed to us.

After this report was made, Alfranco Intl has contacted our attorney and expressed their desire to make the refund expediently. We will be happy to inform the development of this case and our satisfaction after Alfranco Intl complies with the reimbursement.
