I had my first encounter with AT&T three years a go when I sign a contract for business advertising in yellow pages and Internet. It cost me $30,000 per year altogether for both Internet and Yellow book. AT&T promised in the contract that they would provide me every month with report of how many people use Internet and how many clicks there was during the month. They fail to provide me with the report, not just detail but any report at all. So I stop paying for Internet, just paid for the Yellow book. They still didn't fix the problem, so I kept going, ignoring them the way they ignored me.

Few month a go I got certified letter, I was served, they decided to file a law suit against me and my company to recover the money they think I owe them. So this situation force me to sit down and look into the agreement again and payments I was making for the Yellow pages. I was shocked to learn that they over charged me $10,000, Internet ad was only $2,000, they got $10,000 more than I owe them. So I start looking even deeper and notice there was no original agreement with my signature(sometimes copies are treated as originals, if it's something you agree to prior). Main agreement didn't have my signature or date anywhere on my copy, but their copy had signature and date, so I start wondering if they paste my signature without my permission. They had a date as of March 06, I knew that date reminded me of something important, so it came to be my spouse had spine surgery, and we spend 2 days in the hospital, starting March 6 to 8. I have all copies of paperwork from hospital of what was done and everything. Plus there was a complications right after the surgery, so no way in the world I would of left my spouse and go sign some stupid and meaningless, compare to my spouse surgery agreement. So I knew 100%  that AT&T forged my signature to just closed the deal.

Now my attorney are fighting back about the charges, which I think will be dropped soon as AT&T will find out that I have overwhelming amount of evidence. My attorney jump from joy when he saw hospital documents. But I will need a different attorney later to sue them back for forgery, collection harassment, credit problem, and on top of that I would love to file with District Attorney General forgery, fraud and lie. Unfortunately my now attorney don't handle fraud or forgery, so I would love to get recommendation for a good attorney out there. I have overwhelming amount of evidence that everything about that case is fraud and lie. AT&T are liar's and scum, they should pay for. I would love to see them gone, disappear, vanish.
