I just lost $4280 on Alibaba.com. I placed an order for nest third-generation thermostats and nest cams. Sent the money and a new guy took over the website and said we fired the other guy and he stole your money and we are not going to send you any of the product, but you can order it from us and we will make sure you get it this time. Yeah right! Buyers beware!!
