I began to document the progression of filing a dispute with aliexpress but there seems no way to accomplish this because aliexpress states I waited 15 days.

However that is not true. I contacted the seller and was told to wait as shown by the chat history shown on my webpage here: https://springfield-ohio-post.com/ohiopostunderground/aliexpress/

This is not fair or expeditious service
