FRAUD !!!!! SCAM !!!!!! Do not give money to this contractor. He was hired to build a Pergola and a patio. Contract was signed and deposit of $4300.00 was given. This was in May 2016. He told me he was 6 weeks behind in schedule on jobs. To date, he has provided excuses and lies to why he cannot start the project. When I asked for a refund he advised he already bought the materials. I then asked for the materials to which he cannot/wont's produce. Police report has been filed. Please report if you have been scammed by the same person. Using the assumed name of Dino Milutinovic or Mari Vila. And there's possibly others. Beware DFW and surrounding areas......
