 How far behind were your payments?

How many times had you been late...by even a day?

Be honest now, they DIDN't just take the car back to ruin your day, they prefer you pay for it as agreed in your contract you signed with them when you bought it.

Stand by for more fun, now you have a repo on your credit report and are totally screwed.

Also, they will now auction the car and sue your for any difference on what they get and what's owed, including loan balance, penalties, fees, towing and whatever else.  Good luck with  that.

You say they took your car without giving you a reason,if you was not behind on payments call the police and tell them that it was stolen.But there is always more to the story.

When your dealing with used car salesmen,then you are dealing with used car salesmen,if you get what I mean.
