This guy sells jukeboxes, pool table and arcade games through ebay. He is ripping off people left and right and Ebay will not do a thing to him.
I bought a jukebox from him back in October of 2005. I sent him payment of $1350. and he kept telling he had shipped the unit. It never came. After numerous emails and phone calls, he sent me 1/2 of the juke box (which is useless without the other half). I filed in small claims and realized it was going to cost more in travel, than the total amount I was suing for. New Jersey court does not let you recoup travel expenses.
To this date, the guy refuses to send me the remainder of the item I paid for. If you look at his feedback on Ebay, he has done this to at least 8 to 10 others.
I am just trying to make others aware, so they don't get taken advantage of. I have also filed a complaint with the Distric Attorney in New Jersey and they are currently investigating this issue. If you have been taken from this guy, give them a call too. I can only help.
