i was doing some carpentry work in all aspects amusements showroom. while working there i purchased a 48 in 1 vidio coctail machine for my grand children. i even went to pick the machine up with the so called owner [alan bongiovanni]later i found out that he was not the owner. thru his own admition he told me he could not be on paper leaglly in all aspect's amusements because he owed the federal government a large amount of money.
when i came back to get the machine the next day with my truck mr. bongiovanni had sold my purches to another customer the nite before. he reassured me that he would replace the machine that he sold of mine and go back to the wharehouse and get me another one.and that's when the runaround begain.
i continued remodeling his showroom as that was why i was there to do. i believed this man would replace my purchase here it is 3 week's later and i still do not have my purches of $1,750.00 and that's not all he ripped me off for the remodeling job i did in his showroom i was never paid for my remodeling services of $3,481.00 for a total rip-off of $5,231.00.
i have repeatedly tried to call but i alway's get the same run-a-round. the office personel say they will give me a call.when we finally got together mr. bongiovanni pulled another scam on me. he tricked me into opening a pay-pal account,he told me that it would be easer to return my fund's threw pay-pal.
i gave him the information he needed. he asked me for my licence proof of my residence and a bank account# to deposit these fund's that he owed to me. instead i found out later that when his office boy yogi opened this account they put there own password and i could not enter pay-pal. but because i had the personal information that pay-pal needed i was able to then access my pay-pal account.
what i learned then got even more interesting.this guy was excepting pay-pal payment's from other consumer's into my pay-pal account. i imediatly got in touch with pay-pal to let them know what they were doing. then i notified pay-pal to return all money's back to these unsupecting consumer's. pay pal put a lock on my pay-pal account so no one else would get ripped off.
i am trying to find out what legal recourse i can take as pay-pal personel are investagating this fruad outfit. this man is a smooth talking rip-off and con artist don't be tricked. as of yet i still have not received any of my fund's. this con belongs in jail.

legal action has started, at present i have a court date for 1/28/08 co-owner alan bongiavnni at the time of this writing has a bench warrent out for identity theft and is in hiding . i have attempted several time's to bring this con-man to justice. any one that has had a bad incident with this company and if you use pay-pal.com for payment i urge you to contact pay-pal directly. this is how i found out that all aspect's amusement's was useing my identity for to make illeagle transaction's to unsuspecting consumers. all aspect's amusement's is also under investigation by the state of new jersey for none payment of state and federal taxes.they are also being investagated by the department of labor and workforce development division of wage and hour compliance of the state of new jersey.will let you the consumer's know the out come of the trial when an outcome is reached.

THIS MAN AURU IS NOTHING MORE THEN A PAWN AND PROBABLY HAS NO CLUE WHAT THIS RIP-OFF ALAN BONGIOVANNI IS EVEN DOING WITH ALL ASPECTS AMUSEMENTS. I ALSO HAVE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST THESE PERSON'S. JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE WHAT TRANSPIERS!!!! MY CONSUMER SUGGESTION IS THAT THESE PEOPLE THAT ARE RIPPING OFF THE PUBLIC SHOULD PAY
