All County Towing ( AKA -ACT) Purposely over charging clients Margate Florida

 My vehicle was towed on Friday the 7th in the morning at 9:45 am. I called Friday night to All County Towing which was the same day and they said that nobody was at the location and i cant pick up my car. I asked the gentleman on the phone ro please let me know if there is a way for me to get my car and he said there is nothing he can do so for me to call them back in the morning. I called All County Towing in the morning at 9:30am and the lady that picked up the phone told me they are only open Monday - Friday and nobody would be able to give me my car back till monday. I once again asked if there is any way to get my car and once again she said no. I then called the police to see if they can help and they advised to take it up withthe towing company. I decided to do some research and read that towing companies in broward county are supposed to send someone to the location after the client call within an hour.

So here i go calling All County Towing again telling them that by law they are supposed to send someone for me to get my car back. The lady tells me to hold and comes back to tell me "Oh yes by law we have to give it to you" i asked why this was not told to me before and she said it might have been due to lack of knowledge because alot of people dont know about that law. So she sent someone to meet me at the location which almost took 2 hrs to get there. When i get inside and they call in to see how much it will cost they are now charging me $121.44 for the tow.. $48.58 for 2 days of storage fee $30.36 for an admin fee that only gets charged after 24hrs and a credit card processing fee of $6.01. This is not the first time this has happened to me and it is very frustrating to see that they are charging people fines that by law shouldnt be if the client does there part and calls in to pick up there vehicle. Any info regarding this matter will be appreciated. Thanks
