All My Sons Moving & Storage Use Another Company... they scratched, dented, and broke almost everything Dalas Texas

All My Sons Moving and Storage started around 8am and everything seemed to be going fine. Everything was wrapped and taped. Then cam the pool table move... instead of each piece individually they moved all 3 crated pieces at once. they gouged the walls, left rust and grease marks on the stairs and almost dropped them several times. (I have not uncrated, so not sure of the slates condition). T

hen it was off to the new house, where another driver was supposed to meet us with the protective covering for the hardwood floors. Not there, no driver available. So the moving crew took off for 3 hours to go get the roll of rubber backed felt they use. They put the stuff down, rolls out felt side down...they decided that was too slippery, so they filpped it and put the rubber side down.

Then the damage started rolling in.... every piece of furniture was scratched, dented, glass busted out or something wrong. they hit the walls, scratched the hardwood floors still! I called to see if something could be done... they told the guys to be careful. Our problem... we still had another load to go pick up. that included a baby grand piano.

At this point we told them to put everything in the garage and leave. They did not set up the piano, they did not place my furniture where I wanted it and hadthe nerve to add charges to my bill after I signed the credit slip. Phone calls to the company did no good, there was no one to talk to... only voicemails that have gone unanswered. They promise alot and deliver nothing. Think twice before calling them... My repair estimates are in the thousands for the furniture... I will have to live with the dented and scratched washer and dryer.
