All My Sons Moving Greenville South Carolina - Damage Done w/ No Accountability Dallas South Carolina

I contracted w/ All My Sons to move our family a short distance. Before starting the move, I asked one of the movers if their hand truck they were using was padded to protect my furniture and floors. They said that it was but it was not. As a result, a piece of furniture was damaged and my wood floor was scratched during the move. I should have actually checked to see if their hand truck was padded but I didn't realize I would be lied to.

I filed a claim w/ their office in Dallas but got nowhere. I was told since I did not purchase their insurance, that the damages would not be covered. They're telling me I have to purchase their insurance to protect me from them - for their negligence! Doesn't make sene to me. I contacted the local office to try to get the damages fixed, but that was a dead end.

So, all I can do is warn people not to use All My Sons (which I have done on numerous occasions) and post this warning on the Ripoff Report.
