I have been baffled by who this is. Then I finally realized who you are. Ellen, you complaints are unfounded and with no factual contents. We provided you with great service and help you when you needed it. This is the gratitude we receive?

We brought your belongings into storage and re-delivered them to Guilford, CT well within reason. I even gave you a credit on 1 vault, and you agreed that was fair. Now, you sit here and dispute a credit card charge and bad mouth us on this site, and you don't even have the dignity to do it by using your actual name.

I would also like to know why if all this damage occurred, why you never filed a claim with our claims company.

I would just like to know why you took the credit and acted like everything was fine and now you act like we never did anything for you?

I am completely baffled as to who you are? I have checked our database several different ways and cannot figure out who you are?
I would really like to know, so that if there was mishandling of your claim, I can take care of that.
Secondly, I don't appreciate being called crooks! We are a very reputable company, and try very hard to handle our claims. All MY Sons are individually owned and operated. As you can see, Stratford is only listed here 2 other times. One the two are settled. The other was completely unwilling to unsettle.

There are many reasons people decide to write bad verbiage against a company. Today more than any other time, people expect more and are willing to pay less, a lot less.

This is the economy and times we are faced with. People are more unwilling to be reasonable when settling a claim. Hence, more reports on the internet.

I try very hard to avoid these issues, but sometimes there just isn't an alternative. That's why this site will continue. That's why you can write all you want here, because you do not need facts, basis, proof, just a keyboard.
