All Roads Express Auto All Roads Auto ripped me off of my $195 Hallandale Beach Florida

I was searching for a transportation company to transport my car from Texas to Pennyslivania in September of 2014. After calling around, All Roads transport representative called me back with an enticing offer. The company was going to move my car on the time frame I had specified. The representative promised me that he had found a trucker that would pick up my car on the date I was requesting. He said, Trucker is already in Texas and has one spot left on the truck. In order for him to completed the booking with the trucker he wanted me to sign the agreement.

I was hesitent to sign anything and I asked the representative if he was sure my car was going to be picked up on the date I was requesting and he said 'sign the agreemement and your car will guaranteed to be picked up on the requested date'. I wanted to know the trucker they were going to use so that I could verify the information and he said, I would receive trucker information after I sign the agreement.

I signed the agreement and they took my $195 but failed to move my car on the requested promissed date.  I requested to cancel the order around 3PM of the pickup date after they had made it clear that my car was not moving on the date they had verbally agreed to move the car on. The representative was very rude and she sent me a cancellation request and I completed it. After that I called around and found another transporter that transported my car the following day.  The owner Richard  called me and said they were going to refund me right away if I provide the name of the new broker and trucker that was going to move my car. He said he wanted to verify that it was true information.

I have not received my refund since last year in September. At first Richard kept saying he will process the refund, and after 2 months he said, he is not giving me any refund because I broke the contract.

Its so sad this company has no business ethics. If I had checked first, I would have known that, the company is out to steal consumers' hard earned cash. I have been reading reviews and it appears this company tries by all means to defend its self, but the truth is, if you do ethical transactions you will not need to be defending yourselves on these reviews.

Any one reading this, Please stay away from this company. they will steal your money. I am still researching on how to get my $195 refund.
