All Seasons Pools was contracted to install our inground pool in June of 2013. As of September 30, 2013 the installation has not been completed. This is due to defective workmanship on the excavation, gunite installation, improper installation of pavers & coping and improper installation of Screen room. This company has failed county inspections on several occasions and hs been Red Tagged by the county. All Seasons has no supervision on the projects and forces the home owners to attempt to fulfill that roll. They have now torn the screen enclosure back down, removed several of the perimeter pavers, removed stack stone from exterior walls and were attempting to re-spray gunite. When questioned as to if they were going to pressure wash the gunite and bring to SSD standard prior to spraying new gunite, they avoided answering the question. As of this point, we are seeking legal council. As we have investigated our situation, we have found sililar horrer stories about this company in New Port Richey, FL and Pinellas county. FL. We are aware of at least 3 other home owners with the same or worse experience. One home owner stated to us that the pump for the pool was plumbed improperly, they had to rasie their pool 2 inches and now it does not fill properly and at night when they turn on the pool lights all the trowel marks on the finish of the pool are visible. This company is the worst sort of contractor possible. I am also a general contractor and realized fairly early, things were not proper and therefore have not made any further progress payments in an effort to get this company to bring the pool up to standards. Unfortunately, their other customers are not as knowlegeable and have paid for pools which do not operate properly and have substandard finishes.
