all state relocation BAD Customer Service, No Delivery, No Return Phone Calls - Missing in Action Internet

The subject says it all. My things were to be delivered 6/24, then I was told that something happened to another truck heading to TX so our things would be delivered on the 25th or 26th and the driver would call 24 hours in advance. I'ts the 29th and I've heard nothing. All State cannot reach their driver. They gave me the driver's, Mike, telephone number. I've left over 10 messages and there has been no reply. I guess I'll have to call the police to locate this driver and I assume my things have been stolen. The dispatch dept says I'll get a call back but no call backs have come. I was told when I hired this company that their movers are their employees, but found out they use Labor Ready temporary employees to move my things. I was told the movers would show up in a company truck and they showed up in Penske rental trucks. Nothing has been consistent. I would never recommend this company if you care about your things.
