All State Van Lines Relocation Inc. Lied regarding their service and refused to return $941.00 depost even though they did not provide the service. Margate Florida

 The move was not as advertised/promised; I was told twice that I would have to give them more money than originally told. When I cancelled the move, I was told that my 900 dollar deposit would not be refunded. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran with limited income and cannot afford to loose this money. The customer service rep (James)was not interested in settling this matter. I have filed a law suite against this company, filed a complaint with BBB, filed a complaint on the company's web site (which has never been acknowledged), and the company will not negotiate.
