My son contacted this company regarding my move from Detroit, Michigan to San Antonio, Texas. We lost our previous mover due to change in moving date. The company contacted me and I explained our predicament.

All state van lines relocation, inc. asked me a few questions about the move then began to fill out a log of items per room for an estimate. My total moving estimate was $3,803.12. I was told that I had to pay a deposit/binding estimate fee of $1,758.53 and I would be responsible for the balance of $2,044.59. Ms. Erika Marinucci stated that even though this was an estimate I would not be required to pay more than the original price quoted.

However, the next day Paul contacted me to do another estimate and told me that I was being charged $0.64 per pound and he would lower the amount per pound to $0.62 which would save me about $300. At this nothing had been seen, picked up or weighed. Then Oaul stated that I now owed another $2,871 for the and total had changed from the original quoted amount to $8,469.

This means in less than 24 hours my moving total went from $3,803.12 to $8,469 and no one had weighed anything. I told Paul I would not pay any more money and he stated that since my was cancelling within five days of my move they get to keep my deposit. So I paid $1,758.53 for nothing.
