This bank called me claiming that I sent a form to them seeking a credit card. They announced to me that they do all major credit card searches to obtain an unsecured credit card for "client" which would also come with fringe benefits regardless of whether or not you wanted then, i.e. health insurance and car services.

I first spoke with Kristy Broughton who informed of this information and was then transferred to the Manager, William Contreras. I kept asking if there were any fees and was told that there were none. Then, I was told about the processing fee of $249.90, to which I responded that I could not afford that payment. He told me that the money would be reimbursed to me should I decide not to continue, upon which I said that I do not have any funds cause if I did I would not need your company. He also told me that no money would be taken unless verification was authorized, which I never did do.

Regardless of my protestation, I was transferred back to Kristy who kept reciting this "spiel" at apace faster than my ears could comprehend. Everytime I interrupted to question her further the recording was stopped. She said that I must respond yes to all of the questions that were to be recorded before asking any questions of my own, which were not recorded.

Anyway, when all was said and done, I was given a verification number and telephone and was told to call back within the next couple of days so that processing could get started. I never called them back.

The next thing I know I am out $249.90 and have overdrawn my account. I called All World Savings and all they did was play back the recording of me saying yes to their questions. They even have a statement regarding arbitration with account disputes but had no information to give me on that matter so that I could dispute the fee, which I now learned was non-refundable.

Furthermore, when I asked for the manager, who had also told me to ask for him if I had any questions or problems, I was told that I am no longer dealing with him.

When my fiance called on my behalf they would not deal wiht him unless they got his account information, and then when asked once he gave it to them (which he did not) would hebe able to speak to someone regarding that matter he was told that I had to be on the other line.

Then he was hung up on. When he reached them again he was told that "we already got her money so that matter is closed, and if you call again we will file harrassment charges against you".

Tell me what to do to get my money back. Please...

Thank you.

What to do....

Go to your bank, you have 60 days to dispute any charge. (You have to fill out a form.) Be sure to mention them the address/phone number of this company. Many banks has a "black list" of fraudulent companies. All World Savings is a new name for a very well known scam company: Capital Choice Consumer Credit.

I would recommend you to CLOSE your account, request a new immediately before it hit by new charges.

NEVER accept ANY card/loan offer by phone. HANG up before saying, verifying anything. They only want to record your "Yes".
Legitimate companies NEVER call people with a "you are approved/garanteed 2-10k credit line" or "you applied, we need your account number".
HANG UP!!!!!!!
