Allbrand Windows Rip-Off Bad workmanship, incomplete install, no show for appointments San Carlos California

I used to work for this company, they are every bit as bad as the detractors say. My personal friend and former Regional Manager had the unpleasant experience of defending numerous small claims lawsuits against the company during his tenure. I had to take them to the California Labor Board just to make them pay me. They were even unpopular with their landlords. They were eventually evicted from their Costa Mesa location for failing to honor the terms of their lease. They regularly change contractor's license numbers and company name in attempts to obscure their many angry and regretful customers. Salesmen for the company routinely disguise as happy customers leaving positive reviews on site's like this to counter legitimate negative reviews left by legitimate angry customers. It simply cannot be exaggerated, they really are THAT bad. Google their name, but spell the name ALLBRAND WINDOWS, not All Brand. Ignore the positive reviews mentioning the great savings and newly opened locations. These were left by employees. My poor friend and Regional Manager was in court nearly every week because of botched jobs. It became such a routine, he would try to schedule the court appearances in series to lessen the burden of appearing. When he finally quit, they stiffed him on his pay too. Unlike me, he just dropped the issue. They owed me nearly $500 while I waited a year for a hearing. Thankfully, my efforts were not in vane. I collected over 2K in owed back pay and penalties. As for Amir's comment listed below, he appeared at my hearing when Allband Windows settled my case against them. Where did he get the 2 complaint figure from? And even if that figure is valid, what about the multitudes who accept their sufferings in silence? Resist the temptation to simply assume I am some disgruntled and bitter past employee. Check the California State License board for past associated contractor's license numbers. If your research does not convince you to avoid this company, you deserve to be a victim. Remember, Allbrand Windows, AKA, All Brand Windows is now Worldwide Windows. Once again after ruining a company name, reputation and contractor's license number, they just change their clothes on move on.

I am sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. Since everything is said and done already there is nothing I can do to make it better except to appologize and reasure consumers that our company has taken many different steps to prevent these siutations from hapenning again. Even though this complaint is an isolated situation Allbrand Windows is the fastest growing window installation company in the state of California.

When ever you have a company that experiences such tremendous growth and a large influx or volume of customers I am sure one or two slip through with out getting the wonderful service that all our other customer receive which is the reason for our growth and sucess. Allbrand Windows has installed well over 8,500 customers over the past 48 months. Out of all those installation only two of the customer made it here to this website (which I have issues with in the first place, legal issues that is) but if you verify our BBB record our complaint ratio is less than .0001 %.

This means that over 8,485 people had their windows, shutters, or doors installed with out any issues or problems. Consumers need to take all the information into account when making their decision and they also have to keep the volume of the company in mind. You cannot base your opinion on our company off of two customer out of 8500. I am sure that those two customers would not of even complained if they received some kind of financial reward which is what most consumers are looking for. They are not even as upset as they make themselves seem. They are just looking for a quick discount.
