I had found ad on website for offering U-Verse TV + High speed internet service at the rate of $34.95/month.
I called at 866-684-7629 on February 21, 2012 to order above service.
The agent convinced me that above offer (TV + internet for $34.95/month) is correct at condition that I have to order a new modem at same time for U-verse which costs $100 (one time cost only). So, I agreed to order the modem and took this offer which I am supposed to get U-verse TV as well as high speed internet service at monthly rate of $34.95.

 However, after the modem was arrived, I found out the service I get is just for internet service only.
