Allegiance Communications is such a rip off I do not understand how the Army allows them to provide business on post. I was told when I first arrived here in Fort Riley that they were the only ones to provide service on post so I did not have a choice. I need the internet for my online classes and a phone so I can be contacted. I purchased service with the understanding that it was the bundle phone and internet and it was suppose to be $75 a month. Come to find out later it cost me $130 a month and the internet never worked properly.

About A week ago I went into the office and I asked for them to cancel our service because the week prior the internet never worked. The service rep explained that the service tech. was out of town and that they could not be bothered in calling him in because he was far away and he will fix it when he comes in that monday. Previously to this I had called the service helpline and I was told that It said I had connection that the errors must me from my end which was not. I asked her to cancel my service with them because I refuse to pay $130 a month for service in the first place and that was not what I was told to begian with and she said she was not going to cancel my service until I brought in my equipment and she also told me not to pay the bill until I bring it in because we did not have the service for that full month so they will deduct that from my bill.

The following monday I brought my equipment in and the sales rep was not there that day and it was a different person I handed my equipment over and I asked her how much I had to pay she told me that instead of $130 it got boosted up to $250 I told her that I was told that I did not have to pay that and that the $130 would be reduced because I did not have the service for that whole month and she told me that I failed to pay that month which was bull because I had my payment history on my bank account statements of what I paid to them and when. Basically she is charging me for service of May and it is April right now and they canceled my service already I do not know what to do but that is really wrong. I contacted the Better Business Bureau about it and I told the service rep that I was going to contact them and she got hostil with me which really made me angry at that point and the she said she did not care and to get the hell out of the office.

Please do not go through Allegiance they will really rip you off and will not think second about it.
