Allegiance Communications Allegiance = BAD go with anything else, just not Allegiance!!!!!!! Ft. Riley Kansas

This is the WORST company in the history of communications. Even worst than SPRINT. Currently I am paying for their 5MB download 1 MB upload speed package. Not only am I not getting the speeds that I'm paying for, their technicians and staff are not helping out at all. I have called and spoke to technicians and representatives for over 2 months. The problem is only getting worst. On a weekday I'm lucky if I get 1.5 MB's down. When they advertise they should state, "The best connection only when nobody else is using it!"

When I purchased the package they failed to tell me that I have a 50GB cap and did not provide me any copies of the contract. It turns out they keep that behind the counter in a drawer. I currently have a ticket in thats almost 3 weeks old. No follow up at all! I called them about my previous ticket and they told me that it was closed and resolved. I'm still wondering what was done and when they were going to tell me about it?

I spoke to a technician 3 days ago who told me that someone was running a server and coming out with at $1000 + bill for a couple of months. That's hardly a good excuse. I guess I can't expect much from an amatuer company like this one.

I think the senior staff on Ft. Riley need to start opening more contracts up to other companies that can actually provide good service/customer service. Last thing the soldiers need is crappy internet exspecially after long deployments. Good Job!~

If you want to pay for an overpriced crappy internet service with little to no customer service, go with ALLEGIANCE! They're the best for you!

Good Job Allegiance, I suggest you spend half the money you spend on your crappy T.V. advertisements that you spam twice one after the other and start working on fixing the crappy services that you're providing. Or better yet, pack your **** and move on out!
