I ordered a back brace which was supposed to be in stock. After a week I telephoned and found out it was backordered three weeks, so I cancelled the order. I finally got an email confirmation of the cancellation and a promise to refund to my credit card. It has been a month and still no refund.

This company is a true ripoff. Don't ever order from them.
