I decided to do Business with eBay and United Auto Parts Supply LLC / Alliance Automotive. It turns out they use drop shippers for half the order, and those parts were damaged and missing parts, they lulled me into thinking they would help, I modified the parts to make them appicable, so I would not lose my customer of 10 years. After I went out bought the missing parts they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about (very Slick, Tricky, pratices) and skirted the issue, and told me they would seek damages from Fed-ex, the shipper they used. These people are very slick, and  tricky about using eBay as there sheild, beause the way they do Business. They treated me unfairly at a profit to them. Profit and sales is all they care about. Never buy from them on eBay or anywhere else they set up shop. They do not do what they say. They will Lie to you in a heart beat.

Like I said these people are very deceptive

This company did in fact drop ship parts they had never seen "laid eyes upon". I immediatley informed them about, the torn damaged boxes, and the bent part. I told them I could try and make them work, rather then wait two weeks with a customers Vehicle stuck. I could not loose the customer, and maintained them. I had to spot weld the broken parts, and replace studs, and then I had to reposition the sturt, to make it even fit, this cost to me was lost time and money, my cost was over 100.00, I asked this Horrible company for an adjustment of 25.00 to help defray my lost time, because of their drop shipping pratices, from a vendor just like them. Look on ebay at he Negative feedback, it speaks to this company and their terrible business pratices, not only did I through my skills, make the parts work for my customer, but also kept their sale to me intact 310.00 for them, they kept their profit, at my loss. And refused to send me 25.00. but in the begining, they were Oh! we will help anyway we can, all talk. I sent Photo's of the damage. They told me after I did necessary repairs, we will see if Fedex will compensate loss, and let you know. Do not buy from this eBay registered company. you will be sorry. Like many modern drop ship, companies, they get the sale, and then, flim flam, their way through and do whatever it takes to keep the money, the worst America has to offer. Warranty implies, we will help you if their is an issue, not cut and dried. whatever works for them and their profit, they wanted me to get the Vehicle back from the customer, remove the parts, and send them back, and exactly who is going to eat all that labor and time. Very Slick, that is what happens when the Me Generation gets money from Mommy to start a business. But be assured they will fail, their company will wither and die, it will dry up. "Liar Liar Pants on fire" just wish to put in a context these children may be able to understand.

Lot's of missing information on this transaction, allow me to fill in the blanks so that readers can make up their own minds.

"I modified the parts to make them appicable". Customer did this BEFORE ever contacting us and demanded a $25 refund to compensate him for is time modifying the parts. We guarantee all parts to be in perfect working order and offer warranties in addition. We would have replaced the parts free of charge, but this customer did not want that, he just wanted money.

"They told me they would seek damages from Fed-ex". Why wouldn't we! If fedex was responsible for the damage we need to claim it from the rightful source so that we can grant your partial refund request. Our company didn't damage your items, but we will do what we can to get you working parts or to make you happy.

Our goal is to make every customer happy. But some customers, like this one, take matters into their own hands then have unreasonable demands. We can only do so much with these people. Have a problem? Do our company and yourself a favor and contact us immediately, we will be happy to help!
