Alliance One I have been working with Alliance One for over a year now, They not only lost one of my payments but two!!! One was located sitting in their office the other one they will not even look for so I have Gig Harbor, Washington

I have been working with Alliance One for over a year.. I have not recieved any contact from them on any missing payment.. Although they have my cell number, work name and mailing address.. I have called every three to four months to find out my balance..

Well they never once told me that I had defaulted on any payment or that they had not recieved the payment..

I went to change my drivers license to the state that I now reside in and was informed that my license has been suspended and that there was a hold placed on it..

I have had nothing but the run around from these people in regards to why they would do that when I have all my reciepts for my payments.

First it was just one payment that they did not recieve for April 2012!!! Then when that payment was located several days later when I called to confirm that they recieved my payment for June 2012 they informed me that they did not recieve any payment for December 2011.. When I informed them that they cashed the payment on December 21, 2011 they started to get rude with me and told me that if I had that proof then I would need to fax it to their office..

Today when I spoke with Alliance One they proceeded to be very rude with me when they stated that there hasnt been any payments made on the account in the last four months.. Well that is $300.00 that they have misplaced to find out that they had been placing it on another account the entire time..

So in the mean time I am driving around on a suspended license to get back and forth to work so that I can pay other bills... 

They did finally state that they would note to move the $300.00 to the proper account but it will take three to five business days.. I paid the remainder of the $345.83 that was stated that I owed today, via debit card.. Now I have to wait for them to notify Seattle municiple courts that it is paid in full and wait for Seattle to remove the hold that they have placed on my license due to in efficant work and record keeping with Alliance One..

I also have checked the BBB and noticed that they have 58 complaints filed in the last 12 months and 169 in the last three years.. Says a lot about a company when they have had that many complaints in such a short period..

I believe that if a county or state judicial system is going to have ongoing business dealings with a company to retrieve money for them then they should be accreditated with the BBB....

So if you have to deal with ALLIANCE ONE be very careful and stay on top of your finances cause they will rob you just like any junkie off the street...
