 I called and received a quote to ship my car from Las Vegas to San Diego for $350.00 I explained to them that I was driving from San Diego and I needed to get the vehicle on a open shipper no later than noon that Saturday. They said ok it will cost $50.00 more, I said fine. I drove 310 miles to Las Vegas that friday and paid $150.00 for a hotel. The next morning I received a phone call around 11:00a from ALLIED AUTO SHIPPERS and they said we don't have a open shipper available but we do have a closed shipper arriving Monday morning for $625.00 Take it or leave it. I WAS SO F* PISSED OFF I just hung up, packed my bags and left. Monday morning I received a phone call from them stating that I cancelled my pick up. The only thing that is going to save me on this one is that my phone is set to record the first 12 minutes of every phone call.
