It all really started in 2003 when NADN (National Audit Defense Network) were supposedly doing our taxes for us. We had already paid for our third year maintenance on our web business and hit generator. In April when we still had not received out taxes back so I started calling them told not to worry that they will file an extension for us.

I spoke with several people, I was not able to talk with Julia who prepared our taxes last couple of years at NADN by the beginning of May, we were told not to worry because we should have our taxes back in a couple of weeks. June 1st I called and got a recording telling me that on May 26-27 NADN has filed Chapter 7 and is no longer doing business then someone called to tell me that someone would be calling me around 7:30 pm to explain what was happening.

LaShanda Coleman our manager called and told us that Allied Grant Writers of America 702-937-7652 was were the new group taking over for NADN and Michael Kalvert was her supervisor and Michael Jones will be our representative shortly. We asked several questions concerning our website and were told that they would remain our and that they would help us with our taxes for 2003 since we paid NADN to do them for us. We were convinced that we needed to purchase a stronger and better click generator (Platinum Generator)that would cover both websites that we had owned already and that this would generate enough income to cover the cost of this new product and to remain competitive with everyone else in this kind of web business costing $7979.00.

We were to receive papers to help build a better website in a couple of days. It was 3 weeks later and never got promised material. At this point decided that they were not a good company to do business with and tried to get our money refunded. Went to the Nevada website and tried to find information about Allied Grant writers of American and found nothing out.

On July 21, 2003, call and spoke with Michael Kalvert and told him that we wanted a refund. He had someone else call me back. This time I told caller that it's been over 30 days and we have not received material so I wanted our money refunded and was not happy doing business with them. They claimed that they sent us many emails (did not get any) and that I did not want to do business with them and to refund my $7975 and that I would be calling every 2 weeks till I got my refund.

July 23 Cathy (tax preparer) called about our taxes and got the name of Adam Mangabang as the owner of AGW and suggested that I call a talk to him. Left message for Adam stating that I was not happy with service rendered and unhappy with so called search engine for website.

July 24, Cathy called Adam because I sounded so unhappy with him and asked him to call me. Adam was concerned that I was having someone from his company calling and trying to get me to buy something again. Asked that I let him send me the promised material out on Monday explaining to the different grants that I could apply for and that I should be able to get somewhere between 20,000 to 40,000 to recoup the money I paid to NADN and AGWOA.

The name of my personal manager to help me with my proposal for the grants was James Frias. When I get the grants he would help me set up a home base web business that would generate income monthly. Adam then asked me to trust him and let him get me the information, look it over and tried to explain that it takes time and manpower to do this kind of research on grants. No material after a week, took 3 weeks to get material.

August 11th finally received material. What I got was a clipped group of papers with 25 company name and phone numbers and what amount of grants they done in the past. I could have gotten this off the internet for less then they charged me and told me to look it over and to call James when I chose 2 companies to do a grant to. Beginning of September I called and told James this is not a business I wanted to continue with and it is not what I was promised up front and that I still want my money refunded. I have NEVER heard from them again.
