Allocation Adjustment Services contacted me months ago saying that I owed almost $1300 dollars for 2 payday loans that I don't recall taking out with a company that I have never heard of. I was scared into paying them over $400 dollars. I cancelled my card AFTER they went into my account twice in the same month.
They just called me back and were very rude to me not allowing me to talk and threatening me with garnishing my wages. After I cancelled my card I started doing more research into their company and I can't find anything on the internet, phone book, or the BBB except that this is a SCAM. PLEASE do NOT give them any money!
The address they gave me was a PO Box number in Phoenix, AZ but they are calling me from Massachusetts numbers.

came across this and wasnt sure if she ever got you a po box. but here is the info they gave me Allocation Adjustment Services p o box 258 phoenix arizona 85032. apparently arizona has a law that all debt collectors need to be registered but i cant find any info on them.

I am an attorney. I am not offically representing any clients in matters involving Allocation Adjustment Services, I am trying to obtain information about them to figure out what state this entity is registered in, and where they are located. I do work for a company that has an employee that has been harassed by these folks.
I attempted to call them and got some very conflicting information from them. If you could provide that PO Box information, it might help me to track them down.
