Allumiderm - Allumineye A free trial that isn't a free trial. Like the previous person, I decided to try Allumiderm & Allumineye because it was a FREE TRIAL you just pay shipping and handling ($5.95 for the eye cream and $4.95 for the face/skin cream) I don't recall reading anything telling me to cancel in 14 days or be billed the full price. Not did I know that my trial started ON the order date!! I cancelled my subscription (that I didn't know that I had) but I'm still being billed $176.90 for a product that has shown me no results! Talking about a rip off...TRUST me, had I REALIZED that that charge was to occur, I would have been calling customer service (NO help) Costa Mesa California

 I guess that this is your typical BYER beware. I ordered 2 free trial products from Allumiderm - Allumineye for the price of shipping and handling $10.90 on August 13,2017. On Sunday 8/27/17 there is a charge for $176.90 on my bank card. I Call the 888 number that is on my bank statement and I'm told that I didn't call within the 14 day trial period to cancel so I was charged the full price for the products!!!! ALSO, since I didn't cancel within the 14 days(which by the way started WHEN the order was placed) that I would NOT get a refund!! Wow...smh, THIS is why I will stick with Proactive...MUCH better customer service. Proactive really cares if you're satisfied OR not. Allumiderm-Allumineye, the don't care about your satisfaction...just your money
