Allumiderm/Allumineye I ordered a sample of the eye cream they were advertising for $5.95, I ended up being charged and additional $4.95 for the skin cream, I figured no big deal the sample is cheap enough. My order shows that I ordered it on June 29th and that it shipped out that same day. Internet

I ordered a sample of the Allumineye cream online for $5.95, however somehow by accident I also ended up getting signed up for the skin cream  "Alluminderm" for $4.95.  At the time I figured an additional $4.95 no big deal ...My paperwork says I ordered June 29th, and my shipping confirmation paperwork says it shipped out the same day.  On July 17th I called and talked to customer service to say that I had received my "samples"  (which were a full size product)  and that I wanted to discontinue (just in case this was one of those things that you continue to get without knowing you are signed up for it, been there - done that!)  I received confirmation by email that I was cancelled.  I thought ok good - took care of that, until I saw my credit card bill.  I had been charged for $86.95 and $89.95 for the 2 products.  When I called customer service again and explained that I had cancelled my "subscription" and that I had still been charged additional money for the product.  I was told that I had not cancelled during the "trial period" which is 14 days.  So then I asked how much time they allow for shipping, he replied they allow 3 to 4 days for shipping.  I then said ok if you take 14 days for the trial period and add 3 to 4 days for shipping then my cancellation would land within that time frame.  I was then told that the shipping time is included in the 14 day trial period, how can you call the time in transit a trial period!!  I asked the customer service rep if all this was on their website, I was assured that it was, however I do not remember seeing or reading it.  I will be going on their website to see if I can find it there.  I also asked him if I could send the product back and get refunded because I had not even opened the skin cream and he told me that since I did not cancel within the trial period that he could not refund my money then either!  So there is NOT a money back guarantee!!  I actually doubt that even if I had called sooner that I would not have been refunded.  PLEASE BEWARE don't order this product, I highly doubt that you will only pay $4.95 or $5.95, you will be charged the full 86.94 and 89.95!!
